Katrina Williams’ work is defined by bold color. Inspired by exploring her Trinidadian heritage, Katrina has sought to capture the vibrancy of Carnival as represented in Trinidad and

throughout the diaspora with references to historical traditions, cultural symbols, and current

“carnival” experiences across the globe.

“Exploring Carnival” is a selection of work for exhibits beginning late 2022 into 2023.
